Staff are properly friendly — not just going-through-the-motions friendly — and the whole place is kept really clean, which honestly makes a difference when you’ve got a crawler. There’s a baby changing station on site and good sightlines throughout, so you can actually relax with a coffee while the kids do their thing. Birthday parties go down well here too, and with the musical equipment and water feature adding a bit of variety, it doesn’t feel like the same visit every time.
