The Horsfall Playground

Tucked away in Stroud, Horsfall is one of those solid, no-nonsense playgrounds that locals keep coming back to. The enclosed setup is a genuine relief if you’ve got little ones who like to make a run for it — you can actually relax for five minutes. There’s a decent high slide, a seesaw, and a climbing frame, so nothing flashy, but the classics are covered across the toddler-to-older-kids range. The views from here are a proper bonus too, very Stroud — all rolling hills doing their thing in the background.
