Croft Playground

Had a bit of a glow-up recently, and honestly it shows — the refurb has made this one of the better playgrounds in Swindon right now. There’s slides, swings, a tire swing, and tunnels, so kids from toddlers right up to 12-year-olds actually have something to do rather than fighting over the same bit of equipment. The open grass field means there’s room to just run about, which sounds obvious but plenty of local parks can’t say the same. Shade trees help on those rare sunny days, and parents can keep an eye on everything without having to hover. It rarely gets properly packed either, which makes a difference.
