Locals round Towcester know Belle’s Playbarn is a solid option when the weather turns — and it usually does. The climbing structure and tunnels keep kids busy for a good couple of hours, and there’s a separate area for the little ones so toddlers aren’t getting flattened by older kids tearing about. Parents can actually sit down and see what’s going on, which sounds obvious but isn’t always the case at these places. Staff are genuinely friendly, the cafe does the job, and the baby changing facilities mean you’re not caught out. Good for anyone with kids up to about 12, but honestly it’s the under-5 crowd that really gets the most out of it.
