Frogpool Park is one of those spots that locals actually look after — and it shows. The fenced play area is a proper bonus if you’ve got little ones under five, since you’re not constantly chasing them toward the car park. There’s a zipline in there too, which the toddlers absolutely lose their minds over. Picnic tables, benches, parking sorted — it’s got everything you need for a decent afternoon out without any faff. Keep an eye out for community events as well, because this field gets put to good use more than most.
