Sandwell Valley Adventure Playground

It’s a solid free day out if you’re local to West Bromwich — the kids get slides, swings, and a sandbox, plus there’s a big open grass field to burn off whatever energy’s left over. Works well for a decent age range, from toddlers right up to around 12, so you’re not trying to juggle separate trips for different kids. Fair warning though: some of the equipment has seen better days, so do a quick check before your little ones pile on. Summer weekends get properly busy, so either go early or accept you’ll be waiting on the swings. It’s right near Sandwell Valley Farm too, which makes it easy to make a full afternoon of it without spending much.
