It’s properly fenced, so you’re not constantly chasing toddlers toward the road, and the ground surface is the soft fall type — sensible for the age group it’s aimed at. There’s a slide, swings including a mother-and-child swing, and a merry-go-round, which keeps most kids happy for a solid stretch. Picnic tables and benches mean you can actually sit down with a coffee rather than hovering the whole time, and the free car park is a proper bonus. The open grass area gives older siblings room to run around, and there’s an outdoor gym with instructions if you want to make it a bit more of an outing for yourself too.
