Honestly, there’s not a huge amount going on here in terms of dedicated play equipment, but the Eden Street planning area is a decent enough spot to know about if you’re in Wigton with kids in tow. It’s more of a local community space than a full-on playground, so temper your expectations accordingly. That said, being in the middle of town means you’re never far from a café or a shop when you need one, which counts for something on a drizzly Cumbrian afternoon.
