If you’re waiting on the Ballycastle ferry to Rathlin Island, this playground is genuinely handy — close enough to walk to without any faff. It’s well kept, which honestly isn’t always a given around here, and the ramp access makes it easy if you’ve got a pushchair or wheelchair. Public toilets nearby seal the deal when you’ve got kids who inevitably need one at the worst moment. Good spot for burning off energy before or after the crossing.
