If you’re anywhere near Ballymoney and have kids under 10, Rosepark Farm is genuinely one of those places you’ll end up going back to. The animal handling alone keeps little ones occupied for ages — there’s something about letting a child feed a farm animal that no climbing frame can compete with, though they’ve got slides, a zipline, and a solid climbing structure for burning off the rest of that energy. The Blue Lagoon water play area is the real summer crowd-puller, and with a lake nearby and forest trails on the doorstep, it never feels like you’re just stuck in a car park. Pack a lunch and grab one of the picnic tables, or just let them loose on the open grass field while you decompress. Parking and restrooms sorted, which sounds basic but honestly makes all the difference on a family day out.
