Castlerock’s playground sits right in the heart of the village, which makes it dead handy if you’re already down that way for the beach or a round at the golf club. It’s properly accessible, so families with kids of all abilities can actually use it without hassle — that’s not something you can say about every playground around here. Parking’s straightforward enough, and with the Peter Thompson Hall nearby you’ve got a decent base for a longer visit. A solid little spot that punches above its weight for such a small coastal village.
