Riverside Playground

Right by the river in Callander, this one’s a solid stop if you’re passing through on the way up to the highlands. The views are genuinely good — proper Scottish scenery that makes the adults want to linger as much as the kids. Parking is right there, which if you’ve ever wrestled a toddler across a car park you’ll know is half the battle. There’s a walking path nearby too, so you can stretch your legs after the kids have burned off some energy.
