Callendar Park got a solid refurb not long ago and the play area is genuinely one of the better ones in Falkirk right now. The sandpit is a big hit with the little ones, and there’s enough variety in the equipment to keep kids busy across the 0–10 age range without parents losing their minds. What makes this spot stand out is the setting — the park itself has real history to it, with art pieces dotted around that give it something most playgrounds completely lack. Parking and loos on site means you can actually commit to a proper afternoon here rather than a quick dash.
