Maidens Harbour Playground

Right on the harbour at Girvan, this is one of those spots where the kids can play while you actually enjoy where you are for once. The coastal setting does a lot of the heavy lifting — there’s something about being that close to the water that makes an afternoon out feel worth the effort. It’s set up with accessibility in mind, so families with different needs won’t find themselves struggling. Parking’s handy too, which matters more than people admit when you’ve got little ones in tow.
