Right on the doorstep of some of Gretna’s best spots, this park is a decent shout if you’re already in the area with kids in tow. The wheelchair-friendly setup is genuinely useful — not just a checkbox — so it works for a wider range of families than a lot of parks around here. Afterwards you’re well-placed for a stop at Gretna Bakery or Memet’s Fish & Chips, which honestly makes the whole trip worth it.
