Hamilton palace play park

Right in the heart of Hamilton, this is one of the newer parks in the area and the equipment actually shows it — no rusty chains or wobbly seats here. The zipline is the big draw for the little ones, though the climbing structure gets plenty of action too. It’s best suited to under 8s, so don’t expect much to keep older kids entertained. There are benches if you need a sit-down, which you will. Parking can be a bit of a headache depending on when you go, so worth keeping that in mind before you head over.
