Inshes park

Locals know this one well — a big open stretch of grass on the east side of Inverness that gives kids proper room to run around without constantly dodging other people. There’s a BBQ area and picnic tables, so it’s a decent shout for a family afternoon when the sun actually shows up. The open field is the main draw, nothing fancy, but sometimes that’s exactly what you need. Fair warning though, the litter can be a real issue depending on the day, so maybe check it out before you unpack the cool box.
