Auchenheath Playground

Tucked away in the small village of Auchenheath just outside Lanark, this is very much a locals-know-it kind of spot. It won’t blow you away with flashy equipment, but that’s kind of the point — it’s a quiet, low-key place where kids can just get on with playing without the weekend crowds you’d get at bigger parks nearby. If you’re passing through or staying in the area, it’s worth a stop, especially on a decent Scottish afternoon when the kids need to burn off some energy.
