Lochore Meadows Playpark

If you’re going to drive out to Lochgelly, this is absolutely worth the trip. The playpark sits right on the edge of the loch, so while the kids are hammering away on the musical equipment or scrambling up the climbing structure, you’ve actually got something decent to look at. It’s fully fenced, which makes a big difference when you’ve got little ones who like to make a break for it, and the benches are well-positioned so you’re not squinting across the park trying to keep track of everyone. The slides and swings are set up to be accessible, so it works for a range of kids rather than just the usual crowd. Afterwards, the forest trails are right there if anyone’s still got energy to burn.
