One of those quietly decent spots that locals seem to genuinely appreciate rather than just tolerate. The open grass field gives kids proper room to run about, and in early spring it’s worth timing a visit for the crocuses and bluebells that pop up — it’s a nice touch that makes it feel less like a municipal afterthought and more like an actual neighbourhood green. The council and local residents clearly put effort in, because it shows. Nothing flashy, but well-kept and easy to enjoy.
