Right on the edge of Stevenston with the beach literally a couple of minutes’ walk away, this one’s a solid choice for a family day out. The play area itself keeps the kids happy with slides and swings, but honestly the basketball court and football pitch nearby are what make it worth the trip for older ones. Parking’s never been an issue here either, which puts it ahead of a lot of spots along this stretch of coast. Good quiet street too — you’re not dealing with traffic noise or chaos.
