One of those no-frills local spots that the neighbourhood genuinely relies on, this little play area in West Calder does exactly what it needs to do. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point — it’s the sort of place where kids from the same few streets have been playing together for years. If you live nearby, you’ll probably find yourself here more than you’d expect.
