Netpool Park

Locals know this one well — it’s the kind of park you end up at on a Sunday without really planning it. The open grass field is genuinely big, which matters when you’ve got kids who need to run or a dog that won’t settle for a short lead. There are picnic tables dotted around, so it’s worth chucking some sandwiches in a bag before you head down. The walking path keeps it easy for pushchairs and older visitors too. Nothing flashy, but that’s sort of the point — Cardigan doesn’t really do flashy, and Netpool Park fits right in.
