Hawarden Estate Farm Shop

The open grass field here is genuinely one of the better spots in Deeside to just let kids loose for a bit while you actually sit down and enjoy yourself. Grab a table outside, order the afternoon tea, and watch them burn off energy — it works out well for everyone. Toddlers and teens both seem to find enough to do, which isn’t always easy to pull off. The farm shop is worth a proper browse too, not just a quick look on the way out. Parking is easy, there’s decent shade from the trees, and honestly it’s the kind of place locals keep coming back to on weekends.
