The soft play setup is well-thought-out, the staff actually seem to enjoy being there (which makes a difference), and it’s kept noticeably clean — not just “wiped down quickly before you arrived” clean. Air conditioning means it stays comfortable even when it’s packed out, which parents will appreciate more than the kids will. Parties go smoothly here too, and there’s parking, baby changing, and decent visibility throughout so you’re not constantly craning your neck to find your little one.
