The themed play areas are well thought out — kids can do the whole pretend shop, pretend cafe thing, and they absolutely love it. Parents get benches, decent coffee, good visibility across the play space, and clean loos with a baby changing station, which honestly covers most of what you actually need. Staff are consistently sound — friendly without being over the top. Parking’s easy too, which in this part of Wales is never something to take for granted.
