Singleton Park Children’s Play Area

Honestly, don’t come here expecting a massive setup of equipment — it’s pretty bare bones for a play area. What it does have going for it is space, and plenty of it, so if you’ve got a toddler who just wants to tear around on grass, they’ll be happy enough. The picnic tables are handy for lunch, and being sandwiched between the car park and the boating lake means you’re not hiking miles to get there. The lake adds a nice touch, something to point at and keep little ones distracted for a bit. Good as a stop-off within a bigger Singleton Park visit, but probably not worth a special trip on its own.
