The Alaska-themed wooden structure here is genuinely cool — it’s the kind of design that actually feels intentional rather than just another generic playground drop. Toddlers and school-age kids both find plenty to do, which is rarer than you’d think. The open grass field gives kids room to run when they’ve burned through the equipment. If you’re off a cruise ship and have a few hours in Haines, this is an easy stop that kids will drag their feet leaving.
