Honestly, for Douglas this spot is pretty solid — they did a nice job with the upgrades and it shows. The shade structures over the seating are genuinely useful when the Arizona sun is doing its thing, which, if you live here, you know is basically always. Kids in that 2-8 range will find plenty to keep them busy between the slides and swings, and the open grass field gives them room to just run around. Parking is easy, the restrooms are clean, and there are BBQ grills if you want to make a day of it — families come out here and actually stay a while.
