Escalante Park and Playground

Tucked into one of Surprise’s calmer residential pockets, this is the kind of park where you actually hear birds instead of traffic. It’s a solid neighborhood spot — nothing flashy, but that’s kind of the point. Families nearby seem to genuinely use it, which says more than any write-up could. If you’re looking for somewhere low-key to let the kids run around without the chaos of a bigger regional park, Escalante delivers exactly that.
