Livermore Park Playground

If you live in Folsom and haven’t figured out that Livermore Park is the move on a hot summer day, you’re missing out. The water feature — think waterfall, stream, the whole thing — keeps kids busy for hours while adults actually get to sit in the shade and relax for once. There’s a solid climbing structure for the ones who need something to climb on between water breaks, and the open grass and soccer field give older kids room to actually run around. Picnic tables, clean restrooms, plenty of shade trees — it’s the kind of park where you can show up for a couple hours and end up staying all afternoon.
