Honestly, if you haven’t caught a sunrise here yet, put it on your list — Monterey delivers, and Buster’s Beach is one of the better spots to watch it happen right over the bay. It sits along the Coastal Trail, so you can walk or bike the whole stretch before the crowds show up. Good for all ages, whether you’re chasing toddlers through the sand or just soaking it in with a coffee. The scenery does most of the heavy lifting here.
