Piedmont Park Playground

Piedmont’s a small city with high standards, and this park pretty much reflects that — well-kept, quiet, and easy to actually use. The restrooms are there when you need them, the picnic tables get solid afternoon shade, and the open grass field is big enough that kids can run without bumping into each other. The walking path is a nice loop if you just need to stretch your legs between snacks. It’s the kind of neighborhood spot that doesn’t try too hard but gets the basics exactly right.
