Rough & Ready Park

One of those parks that actually delivers for the whole family — little kids, older teens, and everyone in between. The play structure has slides and climbing gear that toddlers can manage, while bigger kids head straight for the basketball court or bike track. That walking path loops around nicely near the pond, which makes it worth the trip even if you’re just out for a stroll with the dog. Shade trees and picnic tables mean you can actually stick around for a few hours without baking in the Colorado sun. Locals use this place hard on weekends, and for good reason.
