There’s real shade here, which matters in July, and the benches are actually well-placed so you can keep an eye on the kids without roasting in the sun. The enclosed play area and parking situation make it easy for families, and the basketball court gives older kids something to do. With the water nearby, the whole vibe just feels like a proper borough afternoon.
