One of the better playgrounds in Gainesville, honestly — the shade alone makes it worth the trip on a hot Florida afternoon. The power line-themed cargo net climbing structures are genuinely cool and unlike anything else around here, and the play train is a hit every single time. There’s a splash pad for when the heat wins, plus the lake nearby means you’ve got a decent shot at spotting an alligator or a turtle while the kids run wild. Benches, shaded seating, restrooms, parking — it’s well set up for actually staying a while.
