Kids can play while parents actually enjoy sitting outside for once, which isn’t nothing when you’re talking about Kissimmee in July. The marina is right there too, so you can easily make a longer afternoon of it. Worth knowing ahead of time: the playground isn’t wheelchair accessible, so plan accordingly if that matters for your group.
