If you’re deep into a Disney day and the kids are losing it, The Boneyard is where you head. It’s a dinosaur dig site play area tucked inside Animal Kingdom — fenced in, shaded, and genuinely one of the better-designed spots for the 2-to-10 crowd in the whole park. There’s a sandbox where kids can actually uncover giant “fossils,” plus climbing structures and slides that keep things moving. The shade trees and covered seating mean parents aren’t melting while their kids burn through whatever energy reserves they somehow still have. Toddlers can roam without you chasing them into traffic, which honestly makes it worth a stop on its own.
