On an island where parking is usually a headache, this one’s got plenty of it — already a win before you even get to the playground. Kids aged 2 to 12 are well covered here, with separate zones so the little ones aren’t getting run over by bigger kids, and that tire swing gets a lot of mileage on any given afternoon. The shade trees and covered seating actually make a difference in the Marco Island heat, which locals know is no joke. Toss in a basketball court, a walking path along the lake, and clean restrooms, and honestly this is the kind of park you end up staying at way longer than planned.
