Playground at Marjory Stoneman Douglas park

Honestly, this is one of those spots Miami Beach families keep coming back to — the vibe is relaxed and the setup feels genuinely designed with kids in mind. It’s the kind of place where you don’t have to spend the whole visit hovering because the space just feels safe. The park carries the name of a local legend, which gives it a little extra meaning if you know your South Florida history. Bring snacks, because once the kids get going, you’re not leaving anytime soon.
