The water here is genuinely calm — not just “calm for Florida” calm, but flat and clear enough that little kids can wade out pretty far without any drama. White sand, no rocky patches, and the Gulf just does its thing. Parking is right there and the restrooms are actually maintained, which matters more than people admit when you’re spending a full day out.
