Two courses, solid food, and drinks delivered straight to your hole — PopStroke has figured out something most mini golf places haven’t. It’s genuinely tricky too, not the windmill-and-clown-nose kind of course, so don’t show up expecting to crush it on the first visit. The Sarasota location has a good urban energy to it, and between rounds you can hang around for cornhole or ping-pong if your group isn’t ready to call it. Parking is easy, which matters more than people admit. Bring the kids or make it a date night — it works either way, but honestly the adults tend to have just as much fun as anyone.
