If you’re in Tallahassee and want a park that actually has some personality, this one delivers. The splash pad is the real draw on hot days — and let’s be honest, that’s most days here — with the climbing structure and swings keeping kids busy when they’re not soaking wet. There’s some decent public art scattered throughout, which gives it a more intentional feel than your average city park. The walking path connects to the broader trail network, so adults aren’t just standing around waiting. Shade is limited though, so pack sunscreen and maybe arrive early before the sun gets serious.
