Woodring Campground – Playground

If you’re camping at Woodring and have kids who need to burn off some energy, this little playground gets the job done. It’s nothing elaborate, but that’s kind of the point — you’re here for the lake and the trees, not a theme park. The setup is simple and sized for younger children, right there within the campground so you’re never far from your site. Honestly, the view toward the water is the best part, and the whole area stays pretty quiet. A solid bonus for families doing a weekend trip in the Ellijay area.
