Kid’s Castle Playground

If you grew up in Freeport, you probably have memories of this place — it’s that big wooden castle structure that’s been a local staple for years. The thing is genuinely massive, with enough nooks and levels to keep kids busy for a solid hour without retracing their steps. It’s well-kept, which isn’t something you can say about every public playground around here. The open grass field nearby gives older kids and parents room to spread out, toss a ball around, or just decompress while the little ones do their thing.
