Kids Ground (Cooper Park)

Cooper Park got a serious upgrade and honestly it shows — this place has become the go-to spot for families on the north side of Rochelle. The zipline alone is worth the trip, and the climbing structure actually gives older kids (up to 13 or so) something that feels like a real challenge. Little ones have their own fenced area so you’re not constantly chasing a two-year-old away from the big kid equipment. Restrooms are clean, there’s a changing station, and the picnic pavilions have enough shade that you can actually sit comfortably while the kids burn off energy. Wood chips, a basketball court, open grass — it’s a solid all-day park if you come prepared.
