If you’re looking for a low-key spot to get outside without the chaos of a busier park, this one in Vandalia does the job well. The walking path is the real draw — good for a slow lap or two while the kids burn off some energy. Benches are scattered around, so adults actually get to sit and breathe for a minute, which isn’t something every playground can claim. Works well for the 2-to-12 crowd, and the whole vibe leans more toward quiet nature walk than loud, crowded play session.
