It’s right along the riverfront, so the scenery actually gives you something to look at while the kids burn off energy. Shade trees keep things tolerable in the summer heat, and the restrooms are consistently clean, which honestly can’t be said for every park around Mishawaka. Picnic tables make it easy to stretch a trip into a full afternoon, and the layout works well whether you’ve got a toddler or a ten-year-old in tow.
