Deer Run Playground

Right next to Lake Monroe, this little spot gets way more foot traffic than people expect — mostly families who’ve already spent the morning on the beach and need somewhere for the kids to burn off the rest of their energy. Salt Creek Township isn’t exactly packed with amenities, so having a playground this close to the water genuinely matters.
