Bear’s Den Playground

The fencing and rubberized surfacing here are genuinely solid — you can actually let younger kids roam without hovering over their every move. Equipment stays clean and well-kept, which isn’t something you can say about every park in the area. There’s a basketball court for older kids and a decent stretch of open grass when someone just needs to run around for a while. Picnic tables make it easy to pack lunch and stay a few hours. Good all-around spot for families with toddlers up through elementary age.
